185. The Chair of GRSG recalled that the IWG on EDR/DSSAD was expected to deliver a new UN Regulation under the 1958 Agreement. He added that the IWG had prepared a document titled “Guidance on EDR performance elements appropriate for adoption in the 1958 and 1998 Agreement Resolutions or Regulations (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2020/100)” which would be further developed and which was expected to be adopted at the March 2021 session of WP.29 along with the proposal for a new UN Regulation on EDR.
