The representative of the United States of America, Chair of IWG on Quiet Road Transport Vehicle GTR (QRTV GTR), reported that the work of IWG would be resumed once several petitions to FMVSS No. 141 on Minimum Sound Requirements for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles had been considered. Meanwhile, AC.3 agreed with the WP.29 decision to extend the mandate of IWG until December 2021 (see paras. 67 and 68 above).
