19.15. UN GTR No. 15 (Worldwide harmonized Light vehicle Test Procedures (WLTP) – Phase 2)

171. The representative of the EU recalled Amendment 6 to UN GTR No. 15 had just been adopted by AC.3, in which the new provisions were developed by the IWGs on WLTP and on PMP.

172. He emphasized the main modifications to UN GTR No. 15, among other improvements, offered new test procedures on a cold ambient temperature test and sub-23nm particulate number measurement.
