Submitted for consideration and vote Amendments 1 to UN GTR No. 7 - Head restraints (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2020/85, ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2020/86, and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/AC.3/25/Rev.1) were adopted on 11 November 2020 by consensus vote of the following contracting parties present and voting: Australia, China, the European Union (representing Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland), India, Japan, Nigeria, Norway, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation and South Africa. 139. Canada, Malaysia, Tunisia and United States of America abstained from voting. |
