UN R16: Proposal for Supplement 12 to the 06 series of amendments

Proposal to clarify that modifications need only be notified to the Type Approval Authority when they have an influence on the performance (compliance with technical requirements of UN R16) and/or the documentation required by the UN Regulation. This proposal (WP.29/2019/104) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-six Contracting Parties out of the 48 applying UN R16 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-six voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
