Huge Error when adjusting f1,L to f1,H
During discussion in WLTP/DTP, 40 CFR Part 1066 was not finalized yet. Therefore, the values from text in 2011 were used in GTR15. However, the value in CFR were changed to 1.0% from 0.5%. This changes were made to harmonize with other regulations and also because CH-DY manufacturers could not comply with this value.
