47. The World Forum took note of ECE/TRANS/WP.29/343/Rev.18/Amend.2, reflecting the status of the 1958 Agreement as of 5 November 2010. The World Forum requested the secretariat to correct the erroneous footnote references of Regulations Nos. 49 and 64 (page 4) as well as the reference to Regulation No. 55 which should read No. 51. It was also noted that Corrigendum 1 to Supplement 34 to the 03 series of amendments to Regulation No. 37, Supplement 5 to Regulation No. 99 and Supplement 9 to Regulation No. 101 entered into force on 19 August 2010. Finally, the secretariat reported that Kazakhstan acceded to the Agreement and that the Agreement will enter into force on 8 January 2011. Finally he informed WP.29 that Kazakhstan will apply Regulations Nos. 13-H and 100 to 122. The secretariat presented the information regarding the entry into force of the amendments adopted at the March and June 2010 sessions available on the websites: www.unece.org/trans/main/wp29/wp29wgs/wp29gen/wp29ap_mar10.html and www.unece.org/trans/main/wp29/wp29wgs/wp29gen/wp29ap_jun10.html 48. The World Forum welcomed the availability of that information and its accessibility via the website. The secretariat was invited to keep these documents updated. |
