Proposal to:

• Insert new Appendix A.7 to Annex 4 for the procedure for the measurement of water (H₂O),
• Insert new Annexes 11 and 12 with their appendices for dual-fuel engines with hydrogen as a main fuel,
• Insert new paragraphs 2.1.102 and 2.1.103 defining “Instrument manufacturer” and “Type of analyser”,
• Add new rows to the abbreviations table in paragraph 2.2.2,
• Amend paragraph 3.1.1 to include dual-fuel engines of Type 1A with hydrogen as a main fuel,
• Amend paragraphs 5.6.4, 6.1.4, 8.7.2.3, and multiple appendix paragraphs to accommodate hydrogen-fuelled and dual-fuel engines,
• Amend Table 27 to include dual-fuel hydrogen engines,
• Insert new paragraphs 8.1.13 and 8.1.14 for FTIR and QCL-IR interference checks,
• Insert new paragraphs 9.4.13, 9.4.14, and 9.4.15 specifying requirements for FTIR and QCL-IR analysers,
• Add new Appendix A.7 describing procedures for H₂O measurement using QCL-IR or FTIR analysers,
• Amend Annex 5 title and various paragraphs.
