GRSG considered ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSG/2024/41, as a request of guidance to clarify the meaning of “limit the return of the hammer” in paragraph 6.3.2.2.5. of the 06 series of amendments of UN Regulation No. 46. The majority of GRSG experts were in favour of the limit expressed in subparagraph 6.3.2.2.5. (b). GRSG noted that the expert from Germany would revert this answer to the Task Force to finalize the proposal of amendment to the UN Regulation.
