12. The expert of IWG SLR introduced a proposal with the aim to re-align the requirements of the UN Regulation No. 150 with those of the frozen UN Regulations No. 3, 27, 69, 70 and 104 (GRE-84-04). GRE adopted the proposal and mandated the secretariat to submit it for consideration and vote at the November 2021 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1 as draft Supplement 4 to UN Regulation No. 150.

With 40 of the 56 Contracting Parties applying UN R150 present and voting, AC.1 adopted document WP.29/2021/96 by a vote of 37 in favor, 0 opposed, with 3 abstaining.
