Item text: GRSP will consider a proposal of amendments tabled by the expert from the European Association for the Coordination of Consumer Representation in Standardization (ANEC) on behalf of Consumer International (CI) to stop granting new type approvals according to the UN Regulation on new Child Restraint Systems (CRS) (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2019/23). GRSP may also consider a proposal of amendment tabled by the expert from the European Commission, on behalf of the drafting task force, to prevent the type approval of belt-guides.
