Proposal to
clarify the fuel tank capacity restriction for mono-fuel gas vehicles (insertion of word “nominal” in definition of “mono-fuel gas vehicle”;
modify the Constant Volume Sampling system temperature sensor time response requirement;
allow the use of WLTP-based Ki and Deterioration Factors (DF) as well as On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) demos under UN R83 to permit use of WLTP methods and test results under UN R83;
align the definitions for bi-fuel vehicles align with the new definitions in UN GTR 15,
amend paragraph 5.3.1.2.4. to recognize that particulate pollutant emissions measurements are no longer limited to compression ignition vehicles;
introduce provisions for reagent tank specifications and limits for triggering warning and driver inducement systems.
