Proposals for amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations
Proposal, pursuant to discussions among the Contracting Parties to the various WP.29 agreements, to facilitate contributions to Forum activities from participants, such as observers, that do not have ECOSOC consultative status. The proposal would permit direct application to the Forum (WP.29/AC.2) for authorization to participate in a consultative capacity.
