At its November 2025 session, WP.29 reaffirmed its objective to adopt all documents related to the review of existing UN Regulations related to Automated Driving Systems (ADS) at its June 2026 session and invited the Chairs of the Working Parties to consider various strategies to ensure timely preparation of the required documents. This corresponds to option 1 in informal document WP.29-197-25 and would require all the above 19 working documents to be adopted by GRSP on this session and 8 additional ones in its June 2025 session.
