The World Forum may wish to continue considerations on the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Informal Working Group on Periodic Techncal Inspections (IWG on PTI) including its Chairmanship and mandate. WP.29 may need to decide by vote on the ToR. In that case WP.29 Rules of Procedure Chapter VIII (Rules 24 to 26) will apply. As regards the quorum, ITC Rules of Procedures, Rule 25 will apply mutatis mutandis requesting one third of WP.29 participants according to Rule 1 (a) of WP.29 Rules of Procedures being present for the purposes of voting.
