Proposal concerning Amendments 1 to 3 of UN R60 and UN GTR No. 12 to delete Annex 3 on special provisions for levers and Annex 4. The latter is replaced by Table 1 of the GTR containing the symbols identifying controls, tell-tales and indicators and definitions are carried over from the GTR.
