UN R14: Proposal for Supplement 3 to the 09 series of amendments
Proposal for the introduction of three-point safety-belts for buses and coaches (all M2 and M3 vehicle categories) on adult seats facing a built-in Child Restraint System (CRS).
This proposal (WP.29/2023/113) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-seven Contracting Parties out of the 52 applying UN R14 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-seven voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
