UN R142: Proposal for a new 01 series of amendments

Proposal to align with the provisions of European Union Regulation 2019/2144 and to introduce the tyre installation requirements for all vehicle categories.
This proposal (WP.29/2021/11) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-nine Contracting Parties out of the 56 applying UN R142 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-seven voted in favor with zero against and two abstaining.
