Proposal to remove restrictions on the scope of the Regulation to M1 and N1 vehicles, to provide appropriate transitional provisions and to make minor adaptations and clarifications to the existing requirements.
This proposal (WP.29/2020/61) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-seven Contracting Parties out of the 43 applying UN R95 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-seven voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
