UN R137: Proposal for Supplement 1 to the 01 series of amendments

Proposal to delete a reference to the measurement of the femur bending moments because such measurements are unnecessary under the full width rigid impact test. Specifically, paragraph 5.2.4.1. is changed from “The axial compressive force and the bending moments are measured with a CFC of 600.” to read “The axial compressive force is measured with a CFC of 600.”
This proposal (WP.29/2018/77) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-seven Contracting Parties out of the 53 applying UN R137 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-seven voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
