The representative of the United States of America informed AC.3 that the group was waiting for the United States final rule to be issued by November 2015, after which it would be brought to the attention of the group. He noted that the mandate of the group would expire in November 2015 and that the group may also need an extension. AC.3 decided to discuss this item further at the coming November session of WP.29.
