The expert from France, Chair of the frontal impact (FI) IWG, introduced a proposal of amendment to update the UN Regulation (GRSP-55-21-Rev.1 superseding ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2014/6) in view of the new draft UN Regulation (full-width frontal collision) on improving the protection of older occupants. GRSP agreed to resume consideration of this agenda item at its December 2014 session and requested the secretariat to distribute GRSP-55-21-Rev.1 with an official symbol.
