The first DETA/IWVTA Workshop was held on 17 June 17 2026 in Flensburg. DETA presentations covered focal points, scope broadening to non-type-approval data, and DETA usage for information sharing. IWVTA presentations addressed expectations, industry concerns about burden, and EU issuance and acceptance. Discussion included UN Regulations equivalence to EU emission regulation, template improvements for Part III, and a proposed Asia workshop.
