The representative of Italy introduced ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2013/128, requesting the authorization for developing amendments to UN Regulation No. 3, taking into consideration (i) the state of the art technologies on Combined Braking Systems (CBS), (ii) a new K-method for the determination of the Peak Braking Coefficient (PBC) and (iii) the option of a representative vehicle for testing. AC.3 agreed to develop such an amendment to UN GTR No. 3 and requested the secretariat to prepare, on the basis of ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2013/128, an AC.3 document for transmission to GRRF.
