The secretariat presented a proposal (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2013/126) for amending R.E.3 by adding the new UN Regulations in force and a new annex with the concept of Revisions and Extensions to type approvals granted in the framework of the 1958 Agreement. Following the recommendation by AC.2 (see para. 12), WP.29 adopted the proposal, with the deletion of the proposed Annex 5, and requested the secretariat to publish it.
