Corrections to the proposal from the Russian Federation to elaborate on the concept of tyre deceleration (dω/dt) in the test technology.

Response to the proposal to update references to the permissible test tracks (document GRB/2013/2), arguing that the change from ISO 10844:1994 to ISO 10844:2011 is unnecessary since it does not change the test method to measure the tyre rolling noise.

Amendments to the proposal to amend the snow test method for C3 tyres in order to prescribe the wider of the possible speed ranges. Corrects wording to replace “blocking differential” with “differential lock” and mandatory use of differential lock in certain cases.
