27. The expert from CLEPA provided an update on the status of non-compliance of child restraint systems (informal document GRSP-76-20-Rev.1).

28. The expert from Spain, on behalf of IWG STCBC, presented informal documents GRSP-76-23 and GRSP-76-24 (which superseded ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2024/19 and ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2024/20, respectively). These documents introduce clarifications into UN Regulation No. 129 regarding the number of permitted marks on enhanced child restraint systems according to UN Regulations Nos. 129 and 170. GRSP adopted informal documents GRSP-76-23 and GRSP-76-24 (as reproduced in annex VIII) and requested the secretariat to submit them as proposals of supplement 12 to the 03 series of amendments and supplement 3 to the 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 129 to the June 2025 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1.

29. The expert from the Kingdom of the Netherlands introduced informal document GRSP-76-19. The proposal was well received and he announced his intention to bring it to the next session of GRSP as a working document, incorporating the feedback received.
