The representative of Italy updated AC.3 on their intention (already expressed at the eleventh session of GRVA) to submit a request for authorization to develop an amendment to UN GTR No. 3, in order to keep the UN GTR and UN Regulation No. 78 (Motorcycle braking) aligned. He explained that the aim of the amendment would be to harmonize provisions related to the stop lamp activation relevant for regenerative braking and to update the reference to ASTM standards for the measurement of the Peak Braking Coefficient (PBC).
