WP.29 noted the consolidated document (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/1074/Rev.11) on the status of the agreement, including the status of the UN Rules annexed to the agreement, the list of the Contracting Parties (CP) to the agreement and of their administrative departments. WP.29 took note that Nigeria had acceded to the 1997 Agreement.

126. The CPs were reminded to notify the secretariat of any relevant update.
