The expert from IRU informed GRSG about the road transport sector’s point of view (GRSG-108-07) concerning the strengthening of the requirements for rear underrun protection devices, and proposed an amendment to the new paragraph 16.7. The expert from CLCCR raised a number of concerns (GRSG-108-13) and proposed some amendments to the proposed text. The expert from OICA introduced GRSG-108-27 and GRSG-108-28 clarifying the transitional provisions and the text of the new technical requirements proposed by Germany.
