| Summary | Questionnaire for 1958 Agreement contracting parties to solicit input on the UN Regulations to include in the whole vehicle type approval. In addition, the questionnaire solicits input concerning replacement parts. Under IWVTA, a contracting party could apply UN Regulation 0 and accept type-approved vehicles while not necessarily applying all the regulations included in the whole vehicle approval. This raises the prospect of a situation where a contracting party accepts a type-approved vehicle but not all the type-approvals of replacement parts used for its maintenance. | ||||||||
