Document title	Proposal for the 04 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 11
Date	21 May 2014			Proposal revising an initial German proposal to reduce the risk of a person being unintentionally locked inside a vehicle by an anti-theft system. This proposal would either prohibit systems that could lock an occupant inside a vehicle (by requiring an occupant detection capability) or require warning systems (such as a horn) that can be activated from inside the vehicle even when it is fully locked.
