Baarbé noted an e-mail from CLEPA’s Pierre Laurent (doc. REC-14-11). Himmen clarified the content and said the text reflects the current working status. The new wording was accepted and copied across in the draft REC Regulation. There was discussion on the text of §11 (e.g. on replacement of an original DOC as in §11.3; the narrow interpretation of ‘within limits as specified by OEM during type approval’…). The wording will be adapted and will be presented for approval in the next version of the draft REC.
