This document addresses open issues regarding the Fast Charge Power Curve Resolution draft still under technical discussion where no consensus has been reached by the F&SC Cluster at submission of ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRPE/2026/52. Open points cover measurement system requirements, test vehicle conditions, test preparation, vehicle preparation phase, parameter definitions, test evaluation tolerance criteria, and data processing and calculation of KPIs including maximum charging power, average charging power in 10-80% SoE range, power curve from 10% SoE to full charge, charging duration, and recharged energy or range in 10 minutes.
