35. As per agenda item 12, GRSG requested the secretariat to distribute the parallel proposal GRSG-130-02-Rev.1 with an official symbol at its October 2026 session, to introduce the equivalent “Category 3-3 – 3-4 vehicle” into the Special Resolution No. 1 related to the 1998 Agreement.
