The expert from India recalled GRSG-130-01-Rev.1 he introduced last session, proposing the introduction of a new L3-5 category into the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3). He also announced that the new category of motor vehicle incorporated the two-wheeler and the three-wheeler into a single module had been approved according to the Indian legislation. GRSG requested the secretariat to distribute GRSG-130-01-Rev.1 with an official symbol at its October 2026 session.
