Proposal for the GRSG task force on Automated Vehicles Regulation Screening to address ADS vehicles, including the exemption of vehicles of subcategories X and Y from provisions concerning manual driving controls. No special provisions or exemptions apply to other ADS vehicles (unless provided for under other requirements for the safety of ADS vehicles).
