15. The expert from the Kingdom of the Netherlands introduced informal document GRSP-76-27, which superseded ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRSP/2024/2. The expert from OICA introduced informal document GRSP-76-41-Rev.1, amending the transitional provisions contained in informal document GRSP-76-27. GRSP adopted informal document GRSP-76-27 as amended by informal document GRSP-76-41-Rev.1 (as reproduced in annex V to the session report) and requested the secretariat to submit it as a proposal for a 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 174 to the June 2025 sessions of WP.29 and AC.1.

67. The representative of United States of America, on behalf of the Chair of GRSP, presented the proposal for a 12 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 17 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2025/46 and Corr.1), the proposal for a 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 173 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2025/47) and the proposal for a 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 174 (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2025/48 and informal document WP.29-196-06). Following a request from EU, WP.29 decided to postpone the decision on the corrections in informal document WP.29-196-06 but recommended the adoption of ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2025/48.

68. The World Forum considered draft amendments under agenda items 4.6.1 to 4.6.10. (with the exception of the corrections in WP.29-196-06) and recommended their submission to AC.1 for voting.
