45. The World Forum was asked to provide guidance on the introduction of the concept of revisions of type approvals in the framework of the 1958 Agreement on the basis of a proposal for Supplement 5 to the 02 series of amendments to Regulation No. 46 (Devices for indirect vision). The representative of Japan expressed some concerns and the World Forum agreed to continue consideration of this concept for possible application to all Regulations annexed to the 1958 Agreement at its March 2011 session. |
