The expert from GTB introduced amendment proposals to the Consolidated Resolution on the Common Specification of Light Source Categories (R.E.5) which aimed at amending several sheets and at introducing some new light-emitting diode (LED) light source categories (ECE/TRANS/WP.29/GRE/2022/26). GRE adopted this document and requested the secretariat to submit it for consideration and vote at the March 2023 session of WP.29 as draft Amendment 9 to R.E.5.
