The expert from France introduced GRVA-05-10 proposing clarifications to UN Regulation No. 13-H concerning a new reconditioning protocol for brake linings, in case battery recharging or a battery replacement would interrupt a test. GRVA requested the secretariat to distribute this document with an official symbol at the September 2020 session.
