UN R48: Proposal for Supplement 23 to the 04 series of amendments

Proposal to correct a reference to the 01 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 148 and align UN R48 from the 03 to the 08 series of amendments with 01 series of amendments to UN Regulations Nos.148 and 149.
This proposal (WP.29/2025/31) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-four Contracting Parties out of the 52 applying UN R48 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-four voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
