UN R163 : Proposal for Supplement 2 to the original version

Proposal to clarify the scope of the UN Regulation and to complement the text of the UN Regulation with the missing Supplement 7 to the original version of UN Regulation No. 116.
This proposal (WP.29/2022/127) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-six Contracting Parties out of the 57 applying UN R163 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and one abstaining.
