Proposal to clarify applicable FCV test procedure, align run-in provisions with UN-R154, add SOC correction and modern hydrogen measurement provisions, correct inconsistencies, update hydrogen fuel specifications, and replace outdated UN GTR No. 15 reference in UN-R101 with UN-R154 for alternative road load determination.
