Proposal from the GRSG task force on Automated Vehicles Regulation Screening to enable application of UN R61 to ADS vehicles. In the absence of driver/driver cab/manual driving controls in the ADS vehicle, provisions related to them shall not be taken into account if not already covered by this amendment.
