Proposal for the 06 series of amendments to UN Regulation No. 49

Proposal to align the requirements of the Regulation with those of European Union Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 and (EU) No 582/2011 (Euro VI ), including adding the use of poly-alpha-olefin filters and correcting an error in the particle number measurement diagram in UN R49.
This proposal (WP.29/2012/45) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-five Contracting Parties out of the 40 applying UN R49 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-five voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
