Update the RD-ASEP limit line following the revisions of the test procedures implemented by the 05 series of amendments,
Clarify the application of the Annex 7 ASEP testing conditions of motorcycles,
Strengthen provisions against test defeating,
Facilitate Conformity of Production testing, and
