UN R154: Proposal for a Supplement to the 02 series of amendments

Proposal to amend additive deterioration factors and the PEV run-in requirement, to align the manufacturer information document with the type-approval certificate, to clarify that compliance with a limit when measured according to PN10 demonstrates compliance with the same limit according to PN23, and to effect corrections and editorial improvements.
This proposal (WP.29/2025/101) was adopted by the World Forum. Forty-one Contracting Parties out of the 59 applying UN R154 were present for the vote by AC.1. Forty-one voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
