UN R90: Proposal for Supplement 10 to the 02 series of amendments

Proposal from GRVA to correct an error in para. 2.3. Weight reduction solutions for brake discs must yield a higher (not lower) ratio between vehicle kinetic energy and mass of the disc braking surface than the reference disc.
This proposal (WP.29/2022/148) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-two Contracting Parties out of the 47 applying UN R90 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-two voted in favor with zero against and zero abstaining.
