Proposal to clarify the transition clauses specified in paragraph 7.3.1. and 7.3.4. with regard to the extension of type approvals first issue before 1 July 2024 and applied for such extension after that date.
This proposal (WP.29/2022/54) was adopted by the World Forum. Thirty-nine Contracting Parties out of the 56 applying UN R155 were present for the vote by AC.1. Thirty-seven voted in favor with zero against and two abstaining.
